Production

Every piece is made to order. Production usually takes 2 to 7 business days before your order ships. Embroidered and all-over-print items can take a little longer.

Delivery times

After it ships, standard delivery within the United States usually takes 3 to 5 business days. International delivery usually takes 5 to 20 business days, depending on the destination and customs.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your items and where they're going.

Tracking

You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be charged import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't change an order's address once it's in production. For lost, damaged or misdelivered orders, see our Return and refund policy.
